Metrodata have been involved in Space Mission Systems since 2002 when we developed an ECL Module for our APSAT Platform, to allow Differential ECL Over OC-3 for TT&C For NASA Space Shuttle. This was for replacement of an obsoleted ECL Fiber Modem. 

As an existing Metrodata APSAT User NASA were familiar with our AP3000 device and Metrodata modified an existing HSSI Module to support the ECL levels.

We now support a wide range of interfaces and speeds which can be used in Space Mission Systems. Also another area that we can help with is in transporting Communications via satellite to launch sites, which are often remote
