Metrodata have developed a new range of Fiber Optic Modems (FOM). Within this range we have a 1RU Dual Unit system for transporting KIV-7M LVDS EIA644 over fiber. This system utilises the following COTS devices in a 1RU Rackmount:

• BC1000 - KIV-7M LVDS to HSSI Converter
  
  • FiMo50- HSSI to Fiber Optic Modem
